We are well versed in the nuances of filing all skilled worker applications as well as business immigration cases for high net worth individuals such as entrepreneurs and investors. As part of our client service we will make local introductions to accountants and major banks to assist our clientele in the transition of moving to Canada.

Our firm is up to date in legislative changes on a daily or weekly basis from the Canadian Migration Institute or directly from the Department of Citizenship and Immigration. Our representations go beyond administrative cases. We also appear at the Appeal Division (Deportation Appeals, Family Sponsorship Appeals, Alternative Dispute Resolutions) and Immigration Division (detention Reviews, Residency Appeals) of the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), Canada’s largest tribunal.

The Managing Director of the firm is Eric Katz. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and an LL.B with Honours from The University of London (University College London,1992) in London, England.

Eric Bruce Katz is a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (ICCRC R412975), a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council.

Other memberships include the British Canadian Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Toronto (BCCTC) and the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Toronto (EUCOCIT).
