Assessments
Our site
requires users to give us contact information (like their name, email,
telephone and postal address). If users want to be assessed on their
eligibility for immigration to Canada, they must provide us with this
information.
The
contact information users provide will only be used to contact users to
give them the results of their assessment for eligibility to apply for
immigration to Canada. We will not be using such information to send you
promotional material from either Katz Consulting Ltd or our business
partners, if any. If you want to stay informed about developments in
Immigration law in Canada, you can opt-in to
receive our newsletter.
Users who
have provided information to us for an assessment and later decide to
abandon the free assessment process administered by this site, may send
us an e-mail to that effect. Once we receive an e-mail asking us to
abandon the users’ application, any information that may have been
submitted to us will be destroyed. The user will not be contacted any
further, other than to request verification of intent to abandon the
assessment.
From time to time,
aggregate demographic and profile data may be collected on this site.
However, this information will not be linked to any personally
identifiable information.
Personal information that
users provide to us in order to assess their eligibility for immigration
to Canada will be stored in a safe and secure manner. It will be under
the protection of the Chief Information Officer. If our assessment shows
our belief that you might be successful in an application to immigrate
to Canada, the user may retain us as the user’s immigration consultant.
However, if after receiving the results of the assessment, the user does
not contact us and/or retain us as immigration consultants any
information received by us for the purpose of the assessment will be
destroyed within six months from the date of receipt of such
information.
